Criteria   for selecting  the teachers/teacher  trainers:
1.   willing  to undergo this training
2.    capable  of acting as teacher trainer in the department
3.  sound  health with no chronic ailments.
4.  representation   to  be  given   to  women   -  SC   I  ST  I  OBC  I  Differently   abled categories.
5.     preference  to be given to newly  recruited teachers.
6.   teachers already undergone RIESI Training (90/60/30-day)     are not eligible.

Course  details:
•   It is  a residential   training  course.
Trainees  allowance   of  Rs.200/-  per  day  is   allocated   and  this  amount  will  be adjusted     towards    the    food,    contingent    expenditure    course    materials     and maintenance.
•  The  State  department   bas  to  arrange  travel   allowance   of participants    from the work  place  to RIESI  Bengaluru   and back  to work  place.
•    Duration   of  the  course  is   30   days.   Course   No.18/2018-19   (from 06.08.2018   to

.Letter from PRC Commmissioner - wanting proposals and information from various departments.

                    Please refer to the GO cited wherein Government have constituted the 11th Pay Revision Commission. The terms of reference of the Pay Revision Commission include evolving a new pay structure for various categories of employees of State Government, Local Bodies, Aided Institutions including Non-Teaching staff of Universities etc. and an appropriate pension structure for the pensioners. For this purpose the Pay Revision Commissioner requires information on various aspects of working of the departments/ organisations/ institutions/ services
I request you to furnish the following information to the PRC latest by 16.08.2018:
i) Brief write-up on the Department delineating the following:
(a) Organizational chart
(b) Major functions/ activities of the department
(c) Administrative jurisdiction of various officers working in the department

(d) Copies of updated service rules  Information sought for in the following Pro forma I to IV

(a) Pro forma-I is designed to elicit information regarding the pay scales assigned by the successive revisions from 1993 onwards. Information is to be furnished for each category of post. Please indicate grades, as specified in Schedule-I of the G.Os revising the Pay Scales of State Government employees. Similarly, the pay scales assigned by the successive Pay Revision Commissions have to be indicated. If the scales were again revised subsequently, either as a result of recommendations of follow-up Anomalies Committees or any subsequent order of the Government, such revised scale may please be indicated. The Proforma also seeks to elicit information regarding Special  ays/Special Allowances if any attached to the posts. If more than one special Pay or Special Allowance is attached such information has to be brought out separately, as indicated in the guidelines under Proforma-I.
(b) Pro forma-II is designed to seek information about Service Rules governing the posts such as methods and qualifications of appointment, number of employees who have put in the service  equired for grant of Automatic Advancement Scales etc.
(c) Pro forma-III is designed to elicit information about the number of posts sanctioned and filled up and also retirements during the last three years and expected retirements in the coming five years.
(e) Pro forma-IV relates to information pertaining to work charged/full time contingent, daily wage/NMR and part time contingent employees etc.

ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above, orders were issued declaring the bonus for the triennium from 01-04-2008 to 31-03-2011.
2.       In the reference 2nd read above, the Director of Insurance in his letter has proposed for declaration of bonus for the triennium from 1.4.2011 to 1.6.2014 based on the report of the Actuary.
3.       After considering the report of the Actuary, and the recommendations of the Director of Insurance, on the results of Valuation of Andhra Pradesh Government Life Insurance Fund for the period from 1.4.2011 to 1.6.2014, Government hereby permit the Director of Insurance to declare the following bonus.
a. A simple reversionary Bonus of Rs. 100/- per thousand sum assured per annum be allotted for each full month, during which the policies were in force between 01.04.2011 to 1.6.2014, in respect of policies which were in force on 1.6.2014. However, such of these policies which resulted into claim by death or maturity on or after the declaration of previous valuation results (for the triennium 01.04.2008 to 31.03.2011) and before the present valuation results are declared, are not allowed any bonus now as they were settled on the basis of interim bonus at the rates recommended in the previous valuation report.
b. In respect of policies which become claims by death or maturity on or after the date of declaration of present valuation results and before the next valuation results are declared, interim bonus be allotted for each full month for which such policy is in force during the period from 02.06.2014 to the date of death or end of the policy as the case may be, at the rate of Rs. 100/- per thousand sum assured per annum. In respect of policies surrendered during the above period, interim bonus is paid provided the policy is in force on the next valuation date also i.e., interim bonus is not paid for the broken period of a valuation triennium.

4.       The above bonus rates shall be applicable to the claims arisen on or after the date of issue of this order.
5.       The Director of Insurance, A.P., Ibrahimpatnam shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.

  1. As per the teleconference instructions of the state IT cell on 17.07.2018 all the school education department employees are requested to success the enrolment drive in “student information system” for the academic year 2018-19.
  2. Most important note: All new entry children data shall be obtained by MRC and uploading of data shall be done when site is available. (Including private school data also- at least figures for follow-up)
  3. Once again congratulations to all the employees for updation of all children in “student information system”, our district stood 1st place in state. 
  4. All the Dy.E.O s, MEOs & All school complex chairman’s are requested to monitor schools under your control update & New entry of all children in “student information system” (cse.ap.gov.in) all management schools & including all private schools. 
  5. All HMs, MIS, Da.E.O& CRPs are instructed to update & upload of all the children in time “student information system” activities within stipulated time given by state office i.e: last date 21.7.2018.
  6. All HMs & CRPs are try to enrol all aganwadi children in Govt schools & 100% children are to be enrolled in schools in your catchment area. 
  7. All the HMs & CRPs are to verify theeach child with attendance register &child info data and all the children are uploaded in “student information system”and find their correct information & intimation to concerned MRC. And try to enrol 100% Out of school children "NIL" area in your catchment area.
  8. All the HMs are requested to educate all the parents to join their children in Govt. Schools.
  9. All the HMs are requested to compare the enrolment 2017-18 & 2018-19 and inform to district office with specific remarks any abnormal deviations in enrolment gap in your school catchment area. All the school complex chairmen & CRPs are analyse the enrolment gap in your cluster area, like all MEOs are requested to submit mandal wise report with specific remarks.

The system will prompt for USERID and Mobile Number of the User when this button is clicked. Upon providing these details, New Password will be sent to the mobile number provided, with a request to change the password at the first login into the system after that.

School teachers and Heads of Schoolsworking in recognized primary/middle/high/higher secondary schools under the following categories

Registrations from 15th June 2018 to 30th June 2018
Revised Guidelines National Awards 2017

Schools run by State Govt./UTs Administration, schools run by local bodies, schools aided by State Govt. and UT Administration.
Central Govt. Schools i.e. Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs), Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs), Central Schools for Tibetans (CTSA), Sainik Schools run by Ministry of Defence (MoD), Schools run by Atomic Energy Education Society (AEES).
Schools affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) (other than those at (a) and (b) above)
Schools affiliated to Council for Indian Schools Certificate Examination (CISCE) (Other than those at (a), (b) and (c) above)
Normally retired teachers are not eligible for the award but those teachers who have served a part of the calendar year (at least for four months i.e. upto 30th April in the year to which National Award relates) may be considered if they fulfill all other conditions.
Educational Administrators, Inspectors of Education, and the staff of training Institutes are not eligible for these awards
Teacher/Headmaster should not have indulged in tuitions
Only regular Teachers and Heads of Schools will be eligible.
Contractual Teachers and Shiksha Mitras will not be eligible.

CONSIDERATIONS TO GUIDE THE SELECTION OF TEACHERS AT VARIOUS LEVELS:
Teachers will be evaluated based on the evaluation matrix given at Annexure-I. Evaluation matrix contains two types of criteria for evaluation:

Objective criteria: Under this the teachers will be awarded marks against each of the objective criteria. These criteria are given the weightage of 20 out of 100.

Criteria based on performance: Under this, teachers will be awarded marks on criteria based on performance e.g. initiatives to improve learning outcomes, innovative experiments undertaken, organization of extra and co-curricular activities, use of Teaching Learning Material, social mobility, ensuring experiential learning, unique ways to ensure physical education to students etc. These criteria are given the weightage of 80 out of 100.
